Ryan Weis is currently the Voluntary Milking System Technical Lead at DeLaval, where they support installation teams on large projects and manage scheduling and orders. Previously, they served as a VMS Technical Specialist-Midwest at DeLaval, providing technical support for robotic milking equipment and training technicians and farmers. Ryan's earlier experience includes interning as a Field Test Intern at New Holland CE and as a Stress Lab intern at CNH, where they conducted tests on agricultural machinery.
