The Delaware HIV Consortium (DHC) is a statewide nonprofit organization leading the fight to end the HIV epidemic through care, prevention, and advocacy. Founded in 1991, DHC connects Delawareans living with or at risk for HIV to high-quality care, essential support, and trusted community partnerships. Guided by compassion and driven by data, DHC creates practical, person-centered solutions that reduce stigma, strengthen access, and help every Delawarean live their best life.
