Eric Borgia is the Director of Food and Beverage for Delaware North Companies Sportservice at Met Life Stadium, home of the New York Jets and New York Giants. In this role, Borgia oversees culinary operations at the 82,000-seat venue, creating a unique food experience called "Home Food Advantage." Borgia has served as a private chef for numerous celebrities and participated in high-profile events such as the Super Bowl, Major League Baseball All-Star Games, and the World Baseball Classic. Borgia holds a certification as a chef de cuisine from the American Culinary Federation and trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
