Eric Sampson is an accomplished General Manager with extensive experience in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as General Manager at Lambeau Field for Delaware North since January 2011. Over the years, Eric has held various leadership positions, including roles in brand and concept development and management of multiple major venues such as Allianz Field and Moody Center. Eric has demonstrated expertise in collaborating with diverse stakeholders to enhance guest experiences, manage large teams, and drive substantial revenue growth. Noteworthy achievements include overseeing operations at major events, establishing strategic business processes, and leading innovative projects such as the development of upscale dining facilities. Eric's previous experience includes managing operations at the SURG Restaurant Group, where the city’s second-ever top-rated restaurant was developed in conjunction with the executive chef.
