Fattar Thomas

Fattar Thomas is an accomplished operational executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various companies, including Delaware North Companies and Levy Restaurants. Fattar began their career at Aramark as a Concessions Manager and progressed to serve as the Director of Operations at Delaware North before becoming the General Manager. Since 2023, Fattar has held the position of Director of Operational Standards, where they focus on standardization and compliance in operational programs. Fattar earned a degree from DeVry University between 1993 and 1997.
