John Svec

John Svec is an experienced professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Development at Delaware North since December 2019. In this role, John is responsible for the acquisition and disposition of hotels, resorts, and ancillary businesses for the global hospitality company. Previously, as Director of Business Development at Delaware North Parks and Resorts from February 2008 to November 2012, John sourced and analyzed hotel and resort acquisitions and responded to national park concession RFPs. Additionally, John operated a private hotel investment brokerage from January 2001 to 2008, focusing on the acquisition, disposition, and financing of hotels.
