Mark Smith

Mark Smith has over a decade of experience in health, safety, and environmental management. Mark served as the Health, Safety & Environmental Quality Manager at SoEnergy International Inc. from March 2011 to November 2014, focusing on site safety and environmental quality. Following this, Mark worked as a Safety Associate Specialist at Aramark from April 2016 to August 2019, implementing HACCP plans and overseeing operations in Yosemite National Park. Currently, Mark holds the position of Risk & Environmental Compliance Manager at Delaware North, where the focus is on developing and training environmental management plans for Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Mark's career began as an Environmental Health Officer at Tameside Council, where responsibilities included inspecting health, safety, and pollution control standards. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health and has pursued extensive training in occupational safety, hazard materials, and first aid.
