Peter Smithing has extensive experience in the culinary and food service industry, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager of Food and Beverage Operations at Delaware North since March 2021. Prior to this role, Peter held the position of Executive Chef at Truist Park from January 2017 to March 2021, as well as at the Atlanta Athletic Club from January 2013 to August 2016, and at Plainfield Country Club from March 2008 to December 2012. Peter's career also includes serving as Executive Chef at Bacchus Chophouse, Hotel Plaza Athenee, and as Executive Sous Chef at Morrells. Peter holds an Associate's degree from The Culinary Institute of America and a degree in Asian Studies and Ancient History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
