Stephen Eden

Stephen Eden has extensive experience in the culinary and hospitality sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Culinary Academy and Culinary & Hospitality Council at Delaware North since December 2005. In this role, Stephen leads senior leadership in developing strategic frameworks to enhance food and beverage operations and ensure high-quality service delivery. Previously, Stephen held the position of Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications, directing comprehensive marketing and public relations initiatives. Before joining Delaware North, Stephen served as the Director of Image & Marketing Communications for the International Olympic Committee - Television & Marketing Services from March 1998 to November 2005, where responsibilities included overseeing global marketing projects related to the Olympic Games and managing a dedicated marketing communications team. Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Missouri State University.
