John O'Brien currently serves as the Vice President of Advancement at Don Bosco Preparatory High School since August 2023. O'Brien has a diverse background in sports and development, with prior roles at Delbarton School, including Assistant Varsity Basketball Coach and Director of Major Gifts from July 2020 to August 2023. Experience also includes positions such as Manager of Fundraising and Development at the Metropolitan Golf Association and various sales roles in the apparel industry. O'Brien began a career in sports management and coaching, including experiences as a Men's Basketball Team Manager at Marist College and Assistant Basketball Coach with Global Sports Academy. O'Brien holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sports Communications from Marist College, completed in 2011.
