Roger So

Roger So, MIET PMP, is an accomplished Systems Manager with extensive experience in traffic control, surveillance systems, and environmental monitoring projects. Currently with Delcan, a Parsons Company, since July 2019, Roger has managed significant projects including the replacement of the Traffic Control and Surveillance System in Kai Tak Tunnel and served as System Engineer for various initiatives in Hong Kong. Previous roles include Assistant Project Manager at CLP, where Roger contributed to traffic control systems for major infrastructure projects, and Assistant Engineering Manager at Cyber World Creations (HK) Ltd., overseeing projects for notable clients such as MTR and Hong Kong Disneyland. Roger’s academic credentials include a Master of Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communications Engineering from The University of Hong Kong.
