David Hoffman

David Hoffman has held various roles in the legal field since 1998. David began their career as an Attorney at Arnall Golden Gregory LLP. In 2008, they moved to Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc. where they served as Assistant General Counsel. In 2017, they joined Vericel Corporation as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel. David is currently employed at Delcath Systems, Inc. as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

David Hoffman completed their undergraduate studies at Clemson University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1991. David then went on to earn a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Clemson University in 1993. In 1996, they earned a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University in the field of Law.
