Will's career began at Boston Market, where responsibilities included Director of Real Estate and Real Estate Manager from January 1990 to August 1996. During this time, Will was instrumental in site selection for multiple regions, including Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties, as well as the East Bay of San Francisco.
