🏟️ Delcom builds the software that runs university sports centres across Europe.

For over 20 years, this has been our sole focus. Not a generic system adapted for sports, but a platform purpose-built for the way university sports centres actually work: multi-facility operations, student and staff memberships, course and event programming, access control and peak-time demand.

⚙️ One platform, every part of your centre
Next-Gen, our modular and 100% API-based sports management platform, brings everything together:
📅 Schedules & bookings
🎓 Courses & subscriptions
🎟️ Ticketing & events
🔑 Access control
📱 Branded web portal + native iOS and Android apps
📊 Reporting & data

Over 20 modules, and you only ever see and pay for the ones you use. No bloat, no paying for features you'll never touch.

🔒 Built secure, built to fit
University procurement puts information security first, so we do too. Delcom is ISO 27001 certified and because Next-Gen is 100% API-based, it connects cleanly to the systems you already run, including identity, payments and finance, so data flows without manual work.

🌍 Active across Europe
We work with university sports centres across the Netherlands 🇳🇱, Belgium 🇧🇪, Germany 🇩🇪, the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, Ireland 🇮🇪 and Switzerland 🇨🇭, and we're expanding further. Our software is fully multilingual, built for deployment across borders.

🤝 More than a supplier
Our customers aren't just licence holders, they're part of a community. Through our knowledge-sharing groups, sports centres across Europe exchange what works, so the whole network gets better together. Backed by industry-leading, multilingual support, you're never solving a problem alone.

✨ Whether you're streamlining operations, lifting member engagement, or expanding your services, Next-Gen gives you the flexibility and reliability to do it your way.
