Daniel West

Daniel West has over 25 years of experience in various roles in the tech industry. Currently, they are a Technical Manager at Delegata, where they are responsible for reengineering processes for a large department in the California Government. In this role, they collaborate with different teams to execute and assess the effectiveness of planned changes, optimize release cadence, and coach teams on delivering results and resolving technical problems.

Prior to their current position, Daniel worked as a Senior Manager of Software Development at Infor for 14 years. Daniel also served as the Vice President of Business Services at Access Business Technologies and Vice President of Engineering at Mascot Network.

Daniel started their career as a Market Development Analyst Intern at RSA, The Security Division of EMC, and later worked as an IT Project Management Lead at GE.

Daniel West has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems, General from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Daniel also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from MIT Sloan School of Management, with a focus on New Product and Venture Development.
