Dion Valente has a diverse work experience starting from being a Consultant at Junior Consult in 2006 to becoming a Management Accountant at Jyske Bank in 2008. Dion later took on roles such as Head Coach at Egå Sejlklub, Teacher at Dansk Sejlunion, and Barista and owner at Dions Kaffebar. In 2017, they joined Systematic, where they held positions like Business Controller and Head of Controlling. Currently, Dion is working as a Team Lead for Data & AI at Delegate, starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have been involved in various projects focused on business process improvement, project management, BI-tooling, and IT competences.
Dion Valente completed a Negation course at Teknologisk Institut - Kurser & Uddannelse in 2023. Prior to that, they attended Aarhus University from 2003 to 2008. In 2024, they obtained a certification in DI's lederuddannelse from DI - Dansk Industri.
