Order Entry Specialist at Delegate CX

Catherine Peruelo has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Catherine started their career as a Cashier at SM Supermalls in 2003, and then worked as a Faculty Member at Elyon Academia Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Catherine then joined Yearning's Outsourcing Inc. as a Data Encoder, where they supported in documentation preparation and encoded pending applications until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Catherine worked as a Project Leader at Hydra Centaurus Research Inc., taking charge of project initiation, planning, and team leadership. Catherine then moved on to become an Account Specialist at Defeng Communicationss from 2017 to 2018, where they managed financial information and transfers for online gaming accounts.

In 2018, Catherine joined Quest Sales and Marketing BPO as a Supply Chain Planner, responsible for maintaining inventory, scheduling shipments, and processing orders. Catherine then transitioned to Accel Digital Media, Inc. in 2020, where they worked as a Customer Support Team Lead and later as a Customer Happiness Team Lead until 2021.

Currently, Catherine is working as an Order Entry Specialist at Delegate CX, starting from July 2021.

Catherine Peruelo completed their Bachelor of Secondary Education degree from Pangasinan State University, specializing in Secondary Education and Teaching. Catherine studied at the university from 1997 to 2001.
