Joe Zhou

Joe Zhou currently serves as a Senior Data Scientist at DELFI Diagnostics, a position held since October 2022. Prior to this role, Joe Zhou worked as a Computational Biologist at Thrive, An Exact Sciences Company, from April 2021 to September 2022, where significant contributions were made to the development of CancerSEEK, a groundbreaking blood-based screening test for early cancer detection. Before that, Joe Zhou was a Bioinformatics Engineer at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from November 2017 to January 2021, focusing on Whole Genome DNA and RNA sequencing to aid in diagnosis and therapy selection for pediatric cancers. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Computer Science from Davidson College (2013 - 2017) and a high school diploma from The Bolles School (2009 - 2013).
