Delft Solids Solutions is a privately-held contract research organization working in the disciplines of Powder and Particle Technology. Topics include, but are not limited to primary features as porosity, surface area, particle size, and density of solid materials and this all in close relation to powder behaviour and powder processing. We have facilities to study powder flow and silo design, attrition and abrasion, crushing strength of particles, storage and consolidation of powders in relation to caking, segregation of powder blends, dustiness of solid materials, stickiness, electrostatic charging and related aspects that can be crucial in powder handling plants.
