Deliberate Studio is an operating system for your ecommerce business. The agencies you'd hire — built in. The team you've got — leveled up.

Ten AI agents work as one team across analytics, engineering, design, ops, fulfillment, finance, people ops, customer voice, wholesale, and Amazon. One product. One team. Priced per company, not per seat.

Studio came out of running Loftie, a DTC wellness brand our founder has been operating for seven years. The agents emerged because the team wasn't great at the tedious, repetitive, high-volume work either — the stuff that quietly falls through the cracks while everyone is busy on strategy. One agent found email filters silently blocking half of Loftie's EU and UK customers. Another cross-referenced 9,000 orders against support tickets and public reviews in an afternoon. The patterns were always there. We just couldn't see them before.

Meet the team:
• Zelda — marketing analyst. Weekly ad-spend audit, Clarity audit, discount-leakage audit.
• Eliza — assistant & PM. Morning briefing, inbox triage, Slack relay with memory.
• Waldo — operations. Fulfillment SLAs, returns, late-order detection across 3PLs.
• Louisa — customer voice. Synthesizes NPS, reviews, CS tickets into ranked patterns.
• Mariah — webmaster. Reads task cards, writes Liquid/JS/CSS/React, opens PRs.
• Anni — brand & design. Pixel-perfect Klaviyo templates from Figma; brand-safe ad creative.
• Maggie — finance ops. Vendor audits, subscription radar, QBO reconciliation.
• Lucretia — people ops. Onboarding/offboarding playbooks, access provisioning.
• Aaron — channel ops. Wholesale, dropship, retail, Shopify Collective.
• C.J. — Amazon. Seller Central margin, TACoS, FBA, Brand Registry.

Human-gated. AI proposes; your team approves. Every code merge, every send, every action.

Live and selectively onboarding ecommerce brands on Shopify. Made in NYC.
