Currently serving as CEO and Co-founder of Streamline Media Limited, Hobbs has effectively guided the re-launch of the startup, focusing on operational growth and strategic partnerships. As the Managing Director and Founder of Vanguard Visions Limited, Hobbs provides high-level advisory services to address complex technical challenges. Previous leadership roles include CEO/Chair of Delic Network, where Hobbs successfully raised over £650K in angel investments, and Head of Technology at BBC, overseeing significant projects like the £180M broadcast facility upgrade. Hobbs also led innovative initiatives at Ericsson, shaping the company's digital strategy, and previously owned Oden Konsult AB, driving growth through strategic partnerships with industry-leading clients. Educational background includes advanced studies in Strategy and Innovation from the University of Oxford and a BA in Theatre and Drama from Indiana University Bloomington.

January 20th, 2020Edinburgh based Delic recently closed a £250,000 pre-seed round, led by Velocity EIS Technology Fund. Velocity joins the board as a Director. Previous investors include business angels, an institutional fund and Innvotec.Delic is a smart, fair, release management platform for musicians, producers, labels and managementcompanies. It will provide progressive asset and rights management services using digital and blockchain technologies.Delic will allow users to take ownership of their catalogues, from stems to sync and remixes, in its fully integrated and scalable platform.
