Eugene Belyaev

Eugene Belyaev is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and innovation. Currently serving as a Board Member and Director of Innovation, Emerging Markets, and AI at JetBrains since 2000, Eugene also co-founded Delightex in 2012, where the role of CEO & Founder is held. Eugene's prior experience includes positions as a Senior Software Engineer at TogetherSoft from 1999 to 2000 and as a Software Engineer at Object International Software from 1997 to 1999. Educational credentials include a PhD in Economics from St. Petersburg State University for Economics and Finance, Master's Degrees in Computer Science and Computer Software Engineering from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI".
