James M.

James M. is an experienced talent acquisition and people operations leader serving as the VP of Talent, Strategy & Operations at Delinea since February 2024, where responsibilities include overseeing Global People Operations, People Tech, and Executive Recruitment for VP+ roles. As the founder of Martin Knight LLC, James M. addresses inefficiencies in hiring by training candidates to effectively position their skills during interviews. Previously, James M. held various senior roles at Google from June 2018 to December 2023, leading Global Recruiting efforts in Knowledge and Information, Google Ads, and Data Science.
