Jonathan Frank

Jonathan Frank has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jonathan currently holds the role of Vice President and AGC, Commercial at Delinea, starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Xero as the GM, Legal and Business Advisory from May 2019 to January 2022. Jonathan also served as an Associate General Counsel at Viasat Inc. from April 2014 to May 2019. Before that, they held the position of Senior Commercial Counsel at VeriFone, Inc. from September 2011 to April 2014. Jonathan's earlier experience includes working as a Corporate Counsel at DISH Network L.L.C. from November 2006 to August 2011 and as an Attorney at Arkin and Associates, P.C. from October 2003 to November 2006.

Jonathan Frank holds a J.D. degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, obtained in or before 2003. Prior to that, they earned an A.M. degree from Stanford University, completed in or before 1998. Jonathan also holds a B.A. degree from Carleton College, completed in or before 1997.
