Matthew Herrmann

Matthew Herrmann is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Senior Regional Technical Support Manager for Delinea since February 2022, where customer satisfaction improved significantly under his leadership. Prior to Delinea, Matthew held various roles at Thycotic from July 2016 to February 2022, culminating in senior management positions, where contributions included developing the first internal support process that set customer service standards. Experience also includes a tenure at Metalogix Software as the Global Lead Technical Support Engineer and a previous role at MetaVis Technologies as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Notably, Matthew received the 2015 Omega NorthFace Award while at Metalogix. Matthew's career began as a Senior Forensic Analyst and Director of Operations at eVestigations, building strong technical foundations in both support and operational capacities.
