Whitney Brown

Whitney Brown is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and employee experience. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Development and Employee Experience at Delinea since January 2024, Whitney has held various roles including People and Talent Consultant at Replicate Bioscience, Inc. and Talent Development Consultant at Five Point Logistics in late 2023. Previous positions include Executive Director of People and Performance and Director of Learning and Development at Project Outlier, and Head of People Solutions and Learning Experience Design at ResMed. Whitney's career also features significant roles in learning and development at ECG Management Consultants, Cubic Corporation, and Bridgepoint Education.
