William Violette

William Violette has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration, currently serving as Team Lead for Technical Support at Delinea since April 2022. Previously, Violette worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Centrify Corporation from December 2020 to April 2022 and as a Technical Support Engineer II at Carbonite from May 2014 to November 2018, specializing in enterprise system backup and disaster recovery. Earlier roles include Systems Administrator II at Technik Inc. from September 2010 to May 2014, providing technical support for test workstations, and Information Technology Specialist in the US Army from July 2008 to March 2013, overseeing desktop and networking support for over 150 personnel. Violette obtained education from V School in 2019.
