Timothy McFarlane

Timothy McFarlane currently serves as President at Delineate since September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration from January 2020 to September 2023, where Timothy held the positions of Chief Data Officer, Deputy Chief Data Officer, and Deputy Director of Data Science & Analytics. From July 2014 to January 2020, Timothy worked at IUPUI as a Lecturer and Undergraduate Epidemiology Program Director and also served as an Associate Instructor. Additional previous roles involve serving as a Global Patient Safety/Pharmacoepidemiology Epidemiologist Associate at DeLisle Associates LTD - Eli Lilly and Company and coordinating the Youth Tobacco Survey at the Indiana State Department of Health. Timothy also has experience as a Research Data Analyst and as a Medical Laboratory Scientist II at Alvero Clinical Laboratories. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Epidemiology from Indiana University Indianapolis, a Master of Public Health in Epidemiology from the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Ball State University.
