Kirsty Bashforth

Kirsty Bashforth is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief People & Culture Officer at Delinian and Chair of Northern Superchargers Ltd, Kirsty also holds non-executive director positions at Serco and PZ Cussons, where responsibilities include chairing key committees related to corporate responsibility and remuneration. Previously, Kirsty held the role of Chief Business Officer at Diaverum, leading commercial functions and overseeing digital ventures, and served as Founder & CEO of QuayFive Ltd, emphasizing the connection between organizational culture and business performance. Additional governance roles have included positions at Kier Group, GEMS Education, and several academic institutions, underlining a commitment to equality and diversity. Kirsty earned an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
