Lauren Ho

Lauren Ho is an accomplished professional in the hospitality and food service industry, currently serving as Team Lead - Enterprise Delivery for North America at Deliverect since March 2021. With extensive experience in operations and project management, Lauren previously held the role of Enterprise Technical Project Manager at Otto's Food Group, where strategic leadership and management of multiple restaurant locations were key responsibilities. Prior experiences also include General Manager positions at Cops Doughnuts, where catering operations were optimized, and at Wilder & Rose, where sales were increased through improved guest experiences.
