Louise Cotter

Louise Cotter is a senior talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment and talent partnership roles across multiple sectors, including technology and food services. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at Deliverect, Louise plays a pivotal role in bridging third-party delivery platforms and food businesses. Previous positions include a Global Talent Partner at Speechmatics®, where recruitment processes were transformed, and various talent partner roles at Primer and Zego, focusing on scaling teams in international markets. Louise has developed and implemented recruitment strategies, managed end-to-end processes, and prioritized candidate experience while working with startups and established organizations. With a foundation in recruitment consulting from earlier roles at Talent Works International, Henry James Executive Recruitment, and others, Louise has honed skills in candidate sourcing, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
