The Delivering Change Foundation (DCF) is an independent non-governmental organization which aims to effect positive change in the lives of underdeveloped communities through delivering transformative socio-economic programs.

DCF aims to deliver ‘Positive Community Transformations’ to change people’s lives through socio-economic programs. It hopes to provide a universal platform for socio-economic transformations to deal with the various issues and challenges faced by society.
