Max Klugerman is currently focused on People Strategy at Deliveroo, where they hold multiple leadership roles. Previously, Max served as a Lead Employee Experience Consultant at The BIO Agency and spent several years at PwC as a Senior Manager in Culture and Behaviours. Max's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Philosophy from the London School of Economics and an MSc in Organizational Psychology with distinction from Birkbeck, University of London. They have also worked as a Strategic Business Advisor at Wealthbrite and were recognized as a Deloitte Scholar during their time at Deloitte UK.
