Ruth Smith

Ruth Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and support services, currently serving as the Global Head of Rider Services at Deliveroo since May 2016. Ruth's career at Deliveroo also includes roles such as Global Onboarding and Support Senior Manager, Global Rider Support Lead, Operations Support Lead for the UK/IE, and Operations Supply Lead for London. Prior to Deliveroo, Ruth held the position of Customer Service Manager at Pact Coffee and Director of Member Experience at Grouper Social Club. Ruth began her career at Airbnb as a Fraud Specialist and Account Manager. Ruth holds a Master’s degree in Renaissance Literature and a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Modern History from Queen's University Belfast, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wesley College, Delaware.
