Ezgi Efe is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, people partnership, and HR business consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Regional People Partner for Commercial Operations & Quick Commerce at Delivery Hero since October 2025, Ezgi previously held senior leadership roles at Yemeksepeti as People Partner Senior Manager and Talent Acquisition Senior Manager from May 2023 to October 2025. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Vodafone spanned nearly a decade, where Ezgi progressed through various roles, including Talent Acquisition Senior Manager and HR Business Partner. Ezgi's career began at Adecco Group - HSBC as a Recruitment Consultant and included earlier positions at ISC Consulting and Sertrans Logistics.
