Leandro Novaes is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in product design and management. Currently serving as a Staff Product Designer at Delivery Hero since April 2022, Leandro is responsible for defining the home screen and navigation experience for over 17 million users globally. Prior to this role, Leandro held various positions at QuintoAndar from May 2017 to February 2022, including Senior Product Design Manager, where leadership of a design team focused on creating high-quality user interfaces, and Product Design Manager, which involved collaborating with product and engineering teams to define strategic visions.
