Patrick Doupe, PhD, is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in causal inference, machine learning, and econometrics. Currently serving as Principal Data Scientist at Delivery Hero, Patrick previously held the position of Principal Applied Scientist at Zalando SE, where leadership in causal inference research and cross-team projects was pivotal. Notably, Patrick's expertise encompasses consulting for diverse teams, developing innovative forecasting models, and leveraging deep learning for health care improvements at the Arnhold Institute for Global Health. Patrick's educational background includes a PhD in Economics from The Australian National University and a combined Arts/Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.
