Operational clarity. Execution. Accountability. These aren't buzzwords, they're the three things most growing businesses are missing when they call us.
Since founding in January 2023, Delk Consulting has worked with 12 organizations whose combined revenues approach $550 million. Every company where we have served as Fractional COO has experienced a rapid turnaround in net income. We don't just point out problems, we work with you and your team to actually solve them.
Most consultants hand you a strategy deck and leave. We don't. We get in the trenches with your people, stay until the problem is fixed, and measure success by results, not deliverables.

What we do:
→ Fractional COO: Part-time operational leadership without the full-time cost. We embed with your business, guide strategy, strengthen execution, and keep your team aligned and accountable.
→ Business Operating System (BOS) Implementation: We implement the structure that makes growth sustainable; weekly meeting rhythms, scorecards, quarterly rocks, clear accountability, and an annual planning process your team actually follows.
→ Strategic Planning: We facilitate the conversations that matter most. Where are you going, what's in the way, and who owns what by when. Not a binder on a shelf, a living plan that is being executed and producing results.
→ Operational Consulting: We identify the systems, processes, and execution gaps that are quietly capping your growth, then work alongside your team to fix them.

Who we work with:
Business owners doing $5M–$25M in revenue, and manufacturers up to $100M, who know they're leaving potential on the table. Owners who want a partner willing to tell them the truth, do the hard work, and stay accountable to real outcomes.

We are based in Greenville, South Carolina and serve companies across the Southeast & Midwest.
