Alan Richey

Alan Richey is the Senior Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs at Dell Technologies, a role they have held since 2013. Previously, Richey served as a Special Agent for the Internal Revenue Service's Criminal Investigation Division from 1986 to 1991 and worked in various legal capacities, including Associate General Counsel at Micron Technology Inc. and Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. In addition to their current role, Richey serves as an Advisory Board Member for both Nuclein and Paratus Diagnostics. They earned a Doctor of Law (JD), Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Houston Law Center and hold a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance and a Master of Business Administration from Cameron University and Southwestern Oklahoma State University, respectively.
