Alec Young

Alec Young is a seasoned Services Technical Program Manager with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology sectors. They held various roles at Dell from 2012 to 2022, contributing as an Enterprise Enablement Architect and later as Services Project/Program Manager, where they provided sales data architecture guidance for global standardized Managed Services. Prior to their tenure at Dell, Alec worked at TDS Metrocom as a Project Coordinator/Consultant and at Black Box Network Services, where they progressed from a technical support representative to a managerial role, overseeing teams and improving service delivery. Their earlier experience also includes being a Client Relations Manager at Masterson Personnel.
