Alison Crick has extensive experience in human resources and compensation management, beginning as a Human Resources Consultant at ANZ Banking Group Ltd from 1990 to 1998. After joining Dell Technologies in June 2013, Alison held several leadership roles including APJ Sales Compensation Director, Human Resources Senior Manager, and Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager, where responsibilities included managing compensation strategies and HR operations across the Asia Pacific and Japan regions. As Human Resources Director ANZ, Alison led the HR Generalist team, developed local People Strategies, and partnered with senior leaders on talent management and organizational design. Currently, Alison serves as Senior Director Compensation and Benefits at Dell Technologies, focusing on compensation frameworks and benefits strategies.
