Allen C. is a Packaging Engineer at Dell, overseeing a diverse range of packaging solutions for both the CSG and ISG product lines. Previously, they served as a Design Manager at SSH, where they established and managed a design team, and as a Branch Manager at Austin Foam Plastics, leading project management and design development for various platforms. Allen has spearheaded multiple sustainability initiatives, significantly enhancing materials and processes to align with Dell's sustainability goals. They hold a BA in Fine Art from National Taiwan Normal University and an MA in Design Management from Northumbria University.
