Alvin Chen

Alvin (Weike) Chen is a Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at Dell Technologies, where they currently architect ThinOS, Dell's in-house operating system focused on the thin client market. Previously, Chen held roles of increasing responsibility, including Senior Principle Software Engineer and Advisor Research at Lenovo, contributing to GPU and FPGA acceleration efforts. Early in their career, they worked as a Software Engineer at Cadence Design Systems and Intel, focusing on compilers and GPU driver development. Chen has a proven record in leading teams, managing complex projects, and optimizing performance across various systems and technologies.
