Amy Green

Amy Green has extensive experience in benefits management and healthcare strategy, holding leadership roles at prominent organizations. Most recently, Amy served as Vice President of Global Benefits and Director of US Healthcare Strategy and Global Wellness at Dell Technologies from November 2017 to April 2023. Prior to that, Amy spent nearly two decades at Whole Foods Market, Inc. as Director of Benefits and HR Business Processes, focusing on the design and implementation of employee benefit and wellness plans. Earlier career experiences include positions as Benefits Specialist at Guaranty Residential Lending and Assistant Benefits Manager at California Pizza Kitchen. Amy holds a B.S. in Psychology from UCLA and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University.
