Andra Savu, FCCA, is an Accounting Readiness and Transformation Senior Consultant at Dell Technologies, where they coordinate the Business Readiness Team in preparation for strategic initiatives. With over 14 years of experience at Dell, Andra has held leadership roles including Accounting Director and Site Lead, where they managed a team of 30 and drove employee engagement initiatives. They began their career as a General Ledger Accountant at GENPACT, eventually serving as an Audit Senior at KPMG Romania. Andra holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science and is a member of the ACCA.
