Angela Yu

Angela Yu is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in global leadership roles, primarily at Dell Technologies since 2007. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global CRM Salesforce Experience, Angela defines and executes Dell’s vision for CRM Salesforce across multiple business functions, overseeing a $16M IT portfolio and a team of over 200 staff across seven countries. Angela's previous roles at Dell include Director positions in Salesforce Experience and Global Sales Process Re-engineering, focusing on capability expansion and efficiency improvements. Prior experience includes significant roles at Sun Microsystems, KPMG, Nortel Networks, Microsoft, and the Royal Bank of Canada, underscored by a BCS/BBM degree in Computer Science and Business Administration from the University of Waterloo.
