Arthur Luo is an experienced telecom and IT executive with over twenty years in the industry, including nine years in management roles. They have extensive expertise in business and marketing development, new product introduction, and channel development, particularly in wireless access and optical technologies. Arthur's analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a proven ability to lead teams, have contributed to their success, including receiving the President Award of Nortel in 1995 and the Dragon Award in 2003. Currently, Arthur serves as the Director of Business Development at Dell Technologies, drawing on a solid educational background with a Master of Electrical Engineering from Concordia University and a Bachelor's degree from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
