Audrey Stack is an experienced professional in global incident and crisis management, currently serving as the Director of the Services Command Center at Dell Technologies. From 2009 to 2010, Audrey held various project management roles at Dell, including overseeing customer care operations and leading project managers across the EMEA region. Prior to this, Audrey worked as an Environmental Engineer at SerCom Solutions, responsible for maintaining an ISO 14001 Environmental management system. Audrey earned an honors degree in Environmental Science from the University of Limerick from 1993 to 1997.
