Bob Bell has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Software Senior Principal Engineer and Technical Staff member at Dell Technologies since September 2016. Bob also holds the position of President at Inspire Carolina, where efforts are focused on launching a community-based high school FIRST Robotics Competition team to promote STEM education. Prior to these roles, Bob worked as a Consultant Software Engineer at EMC and as a Senior Software Engineer at HP, with initial experience as a Software Engineer at Compaq Computer Corporation. Bob holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and dual bachelor's degrees in Computer Science/Systems and Mathematics from Taylor University.
