Brian McGlumphy is a seasoned operations and change agent leader currently serving as the Global Business Operations COO for Dell’s Configuration Services Business at Dell Technologies. With a track record of driving operational excellence, they utilize a servant leadership approach to meet the demands of Dell's Executive leadership team and Board of Directors. They graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and hold an MBA, possessing expertise in operations processes, organizational change management, strategy development, and business process management. Previously, Brian held several key roles at Dell and Motorola, consistently demonstrating significant improvements in product quality and operational efficiency.
